RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel the contract on which your order is based within 14 days and without giving a reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (but not the shipper), take possession of the final goods ordered. Sending us a written notification of your decision to exercise your right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period is sufficient to comply with the time limit.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us using the contact details below and clearly state in writing by email that you have decided to cancel the contract on which your order is based,

RULES OF CANCELLATION

If you cancel the contract on which your order is based, we will refund all payments we have received from you including original shipping costs - RETURN SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE COVERED BY DAVE'S SPECIAL SAUCE - without delay and, at the latest, within 14 days from the day we receive your notification of cancellation.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used to conduct the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed something else with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. You will only have to bear the costs of any loss of value of the items if this loss of value has been caused by handling the items in a way that is unnecessary to check their condition, characteristics and functionality.

You are required to send the items back in new and unused condition, in their unopened original undamaged packaging without delay or, at the latest, within 14 days of the date on which you notified us of the cancellation. Sending us the items before the end of the period is sufficient to comply with the time limit.

You the customer shall bear the expenses for returning goods.

We are entitled to withhold payment of the refund until we have received the items or until you have provided proof that you have returned the items
