DELIVERY

All orders we send out via Evri will be sent standard tracked delivery within 3 working days, and at times it can take slightly longer and we regret that we cannot take any action with regards to delayed delivery until 14 working days after dispatch.

International orders are generally sent by air and delivered in 7 to 10 days depending on destination.

All delivery times are estimates only and Dave's Special Sauce cannot guarantee delivery times due to any inconsistency, bad weather or other unavoidable problem with the carrier Evri or Royal Mail.

All parcels will require someone to be available at the delivery address to recieve for the parcel(s).

NOTES
1 - During periods of peak demand we may not be able to keep up with our normal dispatch schedule so if your order is time critical please e-mail us at daves_special_sauces@outlook.com
2 - At the time of ordering you will be given an approximate time scale for the completion of your order and an estimated date for dispatch of your your. We will contact you when your order is due to be dispatched.
3 - Next working Day does not include Saturday so deliveries dispatched on a Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays) for delivery on Tuesday

 4 - Next day deliveries are not available to N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Scottish Highlands and islands and delivery may take up to 7 working days (Channel Islands can take up to 14 days)

 5 - Couriers normally deliver between 8.00am and 6.00pm but we regret that we are unable to give a delivery time or guarantee either am or pm delivery.
